I am thinking of making a table runner ... adding the Santa Hat and then picking out another Christmas block from Quilt Art Designs ( to be determined yet!)
Santa Hat |
Quilt Art Designs blog currently has a free daily Christmas pattern---one per day, that is free for the day it is released! After their release, then the patterns are available in her Craftsy shop.
Check out the stocking pattern .... I am thinking of making that one to add to this project...
I'm off to my sewing room! |

Susie you do such beautiful work! I am loving your candy cane! The stocking would look great and I like the pattern for those sweet mittens a whole lot too. Can't wait to see what you put together! Happy Christmas!
ReplyDeleteOh, this is just the prettiest Christmas block! Your fabric picks are spot-on - I love the green ribbon and the gold sparkly background. Sometimes I have trouble planning ahead, so that all of the pieces will show up in the end. Yours is perfect!
ReplyDeleteGreat idea to add another block and make a Christmas runner! I love the cany cane block; it's so cute with the bow. Thanks for the heads up about the free block...I am going to check it out!
ReplyDeleteA runner would be lovely to showcase your paper-piecing talents. I look forward to seeing the next block. xx
ReplyDeleteIt's beautiful, Susie!! These blocks would be so great as a table runner. I love your paper piecing :)
