My friend, Kathy, asked me to make a knitting bag for her daughter-in-law. Well, of course I said I would love to do it!

Lots of room for keeping her work in the bag, too
What's that project that you can see in the bag?
It's is an afghan that I knit for my friend, Joe. I hope it will keep him warm when he isn't feeling well. |
I'm off to my sewing room! |
Very pretty and very practical! If I were a knitter, I would be thrilled. But I'm sure that bag would be great for hiding some of my fabric stash!

Very nice knitting bag and afgan you made for your friends. I know how to knit and purl and it's on my bucket list to learn to knit socks some day. My mom used to knit in the winter and I have good memories of seeing her knit some wonderful things and lots of slippers.
