May Sew Kitschy BoM by Susie's Sunroom |
I tried something a little different on the mixing bowl.... I used the wrong side of the fabric, for the inside of the bowl. I plan on quilting the outline of the whole mixer and bowl at the end, and this should make the mixer pop out.
Shhhhh......
Ooops! Pretend you don't notice that the fabric is Right Side in between the beaters!! {Of course I noticed this AFTER the block was all done! } |

Cute, cute, cute! Love the idea to use the wrong side of the fabric inside the bowl. And I didn't notice the fabric between the mixer rods until you pointed it out...
ReplyDeleteVery, very nice! Red and aqua are always classy together!
ReplyDeleteLove your blocks
ReplyDeleteYour blocks are wonderful and coordinate so well!
ReplyDeleteyour blocks are so fun!!! I have forgotten what you plan to make with them? They coordinate so well but yet stand out individually. You are so smart to think of using the back side of the fabric inside the bowl!!!
ReplyDeleteI love your fabrics, too. They coordinate so well. That teapot is charming.
ReplyDeleteI always love your fabric choices. Using the wrong side of the fabric for the inside of the bowl is so clever. As soon as I finished my block I wished that I had used a different fabric for the inside of the bowl. But there is no way I am unpicking it now!!
ReplyDeleteOh, your aqua and red kitchen is coming together so sweetly! Love that idea for the inside of the mixing bowl!!!
